To this effect, we attempt to qualify our hundreds of suppliers in terms of the eco-friendliness of their processes and the materials they use for their products. This is based on a best-effort basis. We cannot be liable for any inaccuracies represented by the suppliers. If any inaccuracies are discovered, kindly inform us so that we may address the matter with the supplier(s) in question.

From time to time, certain products may no longer be available. We provide no warranty of their availability. By purchasing a product or products for yourself, your company or others through this website, you acknowledge that the products and other items that may be included in the delivered package are designed for use with or under specific conditions. SilverBullets, its employees and/or directors shall not be liable for any claim, damage, loss, liability, arising from the use or performance of the product, including but not limited to, legal fees & expenses, claims for injury, damage to property, bodily injury, occupational sickness or disease, or death. You agree to indemnify SilverBullets, its employees and/or directors from any such claims.

RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

It is in our interest that our customers are happy with their purchases. As such, we will spare no efforts to ensure that you have a positive experience with the products, ordering and fulfilment process.

State of Product(s) upon receipt

Upon receipt of the product, please notify us within 5 calendar days of any malfunction or damage. After this period, we will assume that the product(s) have been delivered in good order.

If you discover any issues with the delivered products, kindly do not use them and retain the original packaging. We will endeavour to swop your malfunctioning or damaged product with another the soonest possible. In the event, the product(s) are no longer available, we will swop it with a product of equivalent value or provide a full refund if you are not satisfied with the alternative.

Incorrect Sizes/Colour

All products that require selection of sizes have reasonable description provided at the respective website. Prior to placing your order, you are expected to select the most appropriate size/colour for your purposes. As such, we can only support any such changes due to sizes/colour on a best-effort basis. Kindly retain the original packaging and do not use the product. If the product has been used, we will consider it sold.

Reach out to us to arrange for an appointment to address the matter. In the event our supplier is not able to support such exchanges for whatever reasons, we seek your kind understanding.

MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS & CONDITIONS

The Terms & Conditions may be modified from time to time according to SilverBullets' discretion. Your use of the website is based on the prevailing terms during which you accessed & used the website.
