Executive Coaching

Our engagement begins with a dialogue with top management to understand that following:

  • The vision & mission of the company
  • The desired end-state of the coaching engagement
  • The current pain-points in the organisation
  • The purpose of engaging an executive coach

The above session is important so that we can appreciate the intent of the engagement and calibrate our mutual expectations. Following this, a detailed proposal of what we will do will be presented.

You will notice that we approach coaching engagements with a management consulting perspective. It is our belief that executive coaching should not be independent of the vision & mission of the company. The investments in executive coaching ought to find their returns in performance arising from contributions to the vision & mission of the organisation.

The following are some types of coaching engagements we undertake:

N.B. Alignment meeting is only for the first meeting/engagement. Re-engagement will not require the alignment meeting.

The person being coached is in the driver’s seat for all these session. However, we often find that those being coached have no idea as to what the sessions were for. The first meeting will help guide and align them to the objectives and spur their thoughts in how to leverage the coaching sessions for their good.

We provide individual and/or group career coaching, regardless of the career stage they are in. This is an area of great need in view of the significant economic disruption we are experiencing.

When it comes to sales coaching, we have successfully turned average sales representatives into top performing ones. We don’t apply “feel good” or “positive-thinking” techniques. Neither do we adopt high energy or “ra-ra” approaches. We simply help them internalise what needs to be done and adopt the right disciplines to achieve sustainable results – because we have been Sales Representatives & Sales Directors ourselves!

Those we have coached appreciated the engagement because they found that we really understood them. With a blended approach of coaching & mentoring, we were able to value-add and bring them to the next level of performance with enjoyable and engaging coaching sessions. Contact us now for a proposal!
